Can anybody tell us what is the feeling of this female worker to her job? Does she feels very happy, sad, depress? How was her expectations to her work? How was her company treats her? Did her company concern about her?
A study shown that only 50% of workers put 100% efforts to their works. What is happening to the remaining of 50% of the workers? Are they hate their works, blue Monday mentality is their symbol? So how we going to help them?

These four little stars are Handsome star Hong Seng, our mother star Tracy, Beautiful star Mona and quiet cute star girl Suganthy. Four of these stars strike to make a new history of Operation Management under the guidance of their coach.
